We will do our best to answer your questions on building, and living in a small house. We feel you will agree that it is not for everyone, but for those who agree, it  will be a viable functional housing community , both elegant and affordable.

Well, no. We like to think of it like the neighborhoods where we lived as children where we felt safe, and secure. Where we knew our neighbors and could feel sure that someone was there to help...even if we just wanted to borrow a cup of sugar!

Seriously, we are activists. Activists refined. We are not a radical movement. Being an activist simply means you are active, passionate about something. It means for us, hope for the future of many.

A concept that supplies the need of an aging, yet vital society of 55+ year olds. To be able to have a choice for not only a beautiful small house to live in, but a healthy living in lieu of the high end alternatives of other all amenities areas. We hope to be able to bring new meaning to your life You've earned it! Along with this thought, we wish to add the benefits of suggesting a healthier lifestyle. Which you can partake in or not. No ideology is imposed on anyone, only offered as a choice.

Right now, we do not have plans for a bus. We are seeking information on community cars for residents to check out for the day or hour, much as one checks out with a library card. This will cut the cost of owning a car, unless you wish to.

Freedom to leave where you are currently living and come to a place that is dedicated to leaving a smaller footprint on the planet. Thus, perhaps we will also become a model to others in our area to duplicate.
