ANGEL WING COTTAGE

We have chosen these cottages for our community based on the needs of seniors. Other plans may be presented  to us for consideration.  They are affordable, low-maintenance and site-built . These strong little houses can sustain winds up to 140mph. The attractive tin roofs are long wearing. The homes can be built in as little as 6-8 weeks once the site is ready. Our contractor  is energy star certified, and a concerned green builder dedicated to improving upon the design to accomodate senior living.

Live long and healthy lives. Our affiliations are  to include:

• Workshops and seminars on healthy, living through linking with area, non profit organizations and local health care institutions who are sharing the idea of enriching the lives of the senior and care givers.
• Association with Intentional Communities  will help guide us and let other's know about what we achieve as a community.
• Membership in the Small House Society , which offers input from other people who see the value in small house living and welcome questions about living small.
• Working knowledge and relationship with theCohousing Association of the United States that mentors other communities in their start up endeavors.
