Infrastructure:

We will strive for the following:

• Solar use
• Promenade with arbors, pedestrian walkways,dining area, housing facing inviting courtyard
• Storm Water: Natural drainage network that takes into account the path of drainage that is naturally occuring on the land presently
• Telecommunications: Ensuring our community residents able to hook up to fibre optic cable infrastructure for those still working at home, and for communication ease.
• Community gardening with controlled composting.

The Shape of Things to Come:

Currently: We are in the creation process. We searching for a building site, and for outside help with this process.

 In the planning stages:

•  Entrance gate leading to clustered village with homes facing  an inviting court yard.
• Parking spots in back of homes.
• Shared community hybrid rental vehicles to be considered as another environmentally positive idea.
• Garden bringing fresh vegetables to the community table.
•  Walking trails around the property to offer exercise, relaxation, and meditation.

Based on the basic principles of New Urbanism, the master plan is to invite like-minded people to build and sustain a healthy community of small affordable housing. We strive for a fusion of holistic cosmopolitan life experiences, and take special interest in the natural environs with little disturbance of the innate nature of the area chosen for our community.

Angel Wing Cottage Envisions:
